In this particular loss, not only was the carpet saturated, the water had migrated and wicked up the walls. Rather than cutting the walls up to the typical 2 foot height, SERVPRO of North Morris County removed the baseboard trim and only the drywall that was absolutely necessary.

By doing this, rather than having to re-wallpaper the entire hallway, the property manager only had to replace the baseboard trim, thereby saving significant expense.
