It Pays To Trim The Fat
So one day, a future customer decided to cook a nice, thick, juicy steak on his back yard grill. Unfortunately, he "did not trim the fat" and the meat went up in a smokey grease fire. Sticky soot flowed all over his deck, but most of the soot adhered itself to the stone work behind the grill.
The stones surrounding the grill were abused by the greasey smoke and, fortunately for him, he did not attempt to clean it himself. Rather than potentially making it worse by bringing out a bucket and sponge, he called SERVPRO of North Morris County.
