Seepage Underneath the Floor

After a couple of days of heavy rain, this homeowner discovered water seeping up from under their flooring.

Notice the warping that took place after the water had pushed its way through. Although only puddles appeared, the water sat long enough that the flooring could not be saved.

Once the floor was removed, an antimicrobial was applied to prevent potential mold growth and drying equipment utilized. The dry out was three days in duration, although the customer thought it would actually be longer.
