Office Men's Room

The call came in at 9:33 AM. A very concerned office manager, Pat, asked with great urgency "we've had a toilet back up in our men's room, when can you get here?"

After taking down some critical information, we reassured her that everything would be okay, and we would have our crew on site within the next 90 minutes.

After pre-treating and extracting the raw sewage, the room was disinfected, an air scrubber staged and drying equipment put in place.

We achieved the goal of our happy customer... to make it "Like it never even happened."
