Why are my feet wet?

It's Saturday morning and this homeowner got to sleep in. She opened her sleepy eyes around 9:00 AM, sat up, stretched and headed to the bathroom to brush her teeth.

Still half asleep, she reached for her tooth brush but suddenly realized her slippers were wet. She looked down to see a puddle on the floor surrounding her pedestal sink. After turning off the water, she got on the phone and called SERVPRO of North Morris County.

By 11:00 AM, SERVPRO was on site to mop up the water and removed both the sink and the wall behind it. That is where they discovered the leaking pipe which had done the damage.

SERVPRO then treated the affected surfaces with an antimicrobial and set up the appropriate drying equipment and get her on the road to recovery.
