Storm Seepage Turns to Mold

This homeowner had just a small amount of visible seepage in their basement after a lot of rain.  They thought nothing of it and did not solve the small issue.  Unfortunatley, since the conditions were right, high moisture in the room as well as water intrusion from the outside, they ended up with mold growing on the wall.  Unwilling to tackle the mold, SERVPRO of North Morris County was called in to remediate it.  The homeowner was instructed to address the water intrusion issues and the humidity, thereby making their laundry room environment unfriendly to mold and preventing it from growing back.
